The Grounds
The grass is pretty flat and solid (when dry). However, if you find you are having problems accessing certain areas of the festival, please see one of our friendly event staff and they will provide assistance.
Parking
There will be limited parking spaces for event patrons in vehicles displaying ACROD stickers. Please contact the Sunset Events office (9336 2837 or info@sunsetevents.com.au) prior to the festival to register for the parking list.
Carers/companions
If you are unable to attend the event without a companion to provide attendant care support, you will only be charged for 1 ticket to the event. You will need to proceed to the box office, whereby the companion card (with photo ID) needs to be presented and a ticket will be provided for your companion at no charge.
VIP
If you have purchased a ticket for VIP, please contact the Sunset Events office (9336 2837 or info@sunsetevents.com.au).
Toilets
An accessible toilet will be located on site. This toilet will only be available to ACROD patrons and will be kept locked so that other patrons can’t use it. The key can be collected from the first aid tent next to the toilet. Check the festival map on our website closer to the event for the location.
Medical Support Site
First aid posts will be located throughout the festival and campground. Check the festival map on our website closer to the event for locations.
Passouts
If you require a passout for medical reasons, please contact the Sunset Events office on 9336 2837 or info@sunsetevents.com.au with your details so that your name may be registered on the passout list at the gate.
